FAQs
Q1: What is Silver Koi?
A: Silver Koi is a decentralized RWA perpetual futures exchange that aims to make RWA derivatives trading safe and accessible. We strive to provide a powerful suite of trading tools to best support our customers.
Q2: What problems does Silver Koi aim to solve in the RWA trading space?
A: Silver Koi empowers traders by returning choice to their hands. Currently, the limited availability of traditional assets on-chain has restricted the trading opportunities available to traders. Our goal is to address these challenges and deliver a premium user experience.
Our long-term vision is to address the inefficiencies in traditional finance by transitioning essential components on-chain. We aim to onboard significant institutional volume in the future.

Q3: What makes Silver Koi different from other products in the market?
A: What sets us apart from other products in the market is our commitment to offering new RWA assets and delivering a premium trading experience.
We provide global market access on a single unified platform, including perpetuals on FX, commodities, interest rate indices, US T-bills, major cryptocurrencies, and exotics like carbon credits.
Our goal is to build a powerful trading platform to help traders succeed. Main features include:
Performant: Optimized order book supports high transaction volumes while reducing gas fees.
Safe Liquidation Mechanism: Eliminated scam wicks through a multi-tiered liquidation process.
Comprehensive Trading Tools: We offer advanced features including multi-positions, stop limit orders, and real-time notifications. Additionally, we are developing further tools such as algorithmic trading, price analysis, basket trading, and copy trading.
Robust: Protocol design prevents desynchronization between on-chain and off-chain processes.
Q4: What are the pros and cons of a dynamic virtual automated market maker (vAMM) and a decentralized order book (DOB)?
A: A dynamic vAMM is relatively simple to implement, but it suffers from extended periods of long-short imbalances. Furthermore, the exchange acts as the counterparty to all trades, which exposes the exchange to insolvency risks. Decentralized order book, on the other hand, address these issues but is significantly more challenging to implement.
